We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation for all prospective clients and supervisees. This brief, low-pressure conversation allows us to discuss what you are looking for, ensure we are a good clinical fit, and handle the logistics before booking your first full session.

Step 2: Schedule Your Consultation
We will reply via email within 24–48 business hours to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. We’ll talk briefly about your goals and answer any logistical questions you have.
Step 3: Your Intake Session
If it feels like a great fit, we will send you your digital intake paperwork via our secure portal and schedule your initial session.
A Quick Note on Investment & Insurance
To ensure a seamless start, please review our practice logistics before scheduling your consultation:
Our Fees: Individual sessions are $170 per clinical hour. Couples sessions are $185 per 50-minute session and $270 per 75-minute session.
In-Network Insurance: We are proudly in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Illinois PPO for individual and couples services.
Out-of-Network: If you have a different insurance provider, we can provide a monthly Superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We highly recommend calling your insurance company beforehand to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits.
