We offer two tailored paths to prepare you for your long-term future, seamlessly integrated into your personalized session plan:
Evidence-Based Assessment (PREPARE/ENRICH): You’ll each complete a customized online inventory that highlights your unique strengths and growth areas. This creates a clear, data-driven roadmap covering communication styles, conflict patterns, financial management, personality dynamics, and long-term life goals.
Deep Emotional Alignment (Premarital EFT): We go beyond simple tips and worksheets to map the emotional baseline of your relationship, helping you build a secure bond grounded in attachment security.
Core Focus Areas
Identify Your Unique Cycle: Every couple falls into a predictable pattern when stressed. We identify your specific dynamic early so you can de-escalate conflicts before they turn into repetitive, painful arguments.
Explore Attachment Roots: We look at how you each learned about love, trust, and vulnerability growing up, helping you understand how those early stories influence your relationship today.
Build Your Safe Haven Blueprint: We facilitate structured, safe conversations about life’s most meaningful decisions—family dynamics, intimacy, career ambitions, finances, and parenting—ensuring you move forward fully aligned.
An Investment in Your Partnership
Our premarital work is a high-impact investment in the health of your relationship.
Session Rate: $185 per 50-minute session.
PREPARE/ENRICH Assessment: A one-time $35 online scoring fee per assessment paid directly on the platform.
Insurance: Wildroot Relationship Therapy is in-network with BCBS PPO. If you are using out-of-network benefits, we can offer you a Superbill to submit for potential reimbursement.
